Once we decided on a beach wedding, I started looking for all my accessories and supplies they had in a beach motif. First things first, I bought our beach themed wedding invitations. Since I had a couple of invitations I had to do over again, I was really glad I bought extra. With the invitations all done and on their way to our prospective guests, I could move on to picking out the beach wedding dress I wanted for our ceremony. With all the selections of beautiful beach dresses and wedding gowns, I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to wear. I was unsure about the two full length wedding gowns I found, I didn’t want to be uncomfortable at my beach wedding. I picked out a gorgeous spaghetti strapped dress made of satin and lace with beautiful little beads scattered around it, in a knee length.

My bridesmaids looked so lovely in their haltered beach dresses of cool linen with a crocheted bodice. All the groomsmen wore linen white shirts and sand colored pants and my husband, to be looked so handsome in his blue linen shirt and white pants. The little sundress our flower girl wore looked so adorable on her and our ring boy looked so cute in his little khaki shorts and white shirt. Everyone in the wedding party looked fantastic and the bouquets were absolutely the most beautiful arrangements I could have found.

I wish now,with all the photos of our wedding being taken, that I would have bought two leather wedding albums, instead of only one. I planned to have pictures of all the fantastic decorations at our wedding and reception and photos of every guest that attended. Pictures of our satin canopy and flowered arch where we stood to take our vows was a definite must. After we were pronounced husband and wife, we left for the hotel to change from our wedding attire to our beach attire. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen wore their swim wear under their wedding clothes, and some went home to change. The guests were informed on the invitations to wear casual clothing.

Our guests seemed impressed with the wedding accessories for our reception tables that were done in a beach themed décor. I bought everything for our tables at the same place I bought our lovely beach themed wedding album. I found the cutest little beach chairs as place card holders that they can use for their favorite little photo later. The guests seemed to like them, and I thought they were just adorable. I also found the perfect beach wedding favors for our friends and family. The little tea lights I chose were in the shape of miniature sand castles and to help them keep the memory of our wonderful beach reception. I found everything we needed, as far as accessories and decorations, for our wedding table and our guests reception tables. I not only bought our beach themed wedding cake topper there, but also the cake knife server set, beautiful crystal champagne glasses and lovely wine glasses too.

There were a lot of nice comments made by our guests on how lovely everything looked. I added some tiki torches everywhere and put gel candles on all of our guests wedding reception tables to help add a touch of atmosphere to everything. Planning this beach wedding and reception was a lot easier than I thought it would be, with all the accessories and supplies they had. Everything was like a dream come true, with the beautiful ocean waves and the warm summer sands as our wedding chapel and reception location.

Every once in a while I take out our beach themed the wedding album and remember our special day.
